So the door for reconciliation should always be open,” she said.</p><p>Binay, who is running against her sister’s husband, Second District Rep. Yun yung for me, very challenging,” she said.</p><p>Former congressman Monsour Del Rosario, who is running for vice mayor against Makati First District Rep.
