Detained pastor and senatorial candidate Apollo Quiboloy is asking for a manual recount of votes after falling behind in the latest Comelec tally of winning candidates.Quiboloy, the televangelist founder of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ ministry, is currently in 31st place in the latest Comelec tally with 5,577,812 votes.&quot;On behalf of Pastor Apollo C.
