The first 3 nominees of Akbayan are Chel Diokno, Percival Cendana and Dadah Kiram Ismula. The first 3 nominees of Duterte Youth are Drixie Mae Suarez Cardema, Berlin Baday Lingwa and Ron Godfrey Waggawag Bawalan. The 3 nominees of Tingog party-list are Andrew Julian Romualdez, Jude Acidre and Happy Calatrava.

Comelec Chairman George Garcia said the proclamation of all 63 party-list representatives will push through on Monday. Parties that receive at least 2 percent of the total votes cast for the party-list system shall be entitled to one seat each.

At 2:03 AM, the Gabriela Women’s Party had garnered 252,562 votes, according to data from COMELEC’s transparency media server. However, by 2:20 AM, this number had inexplicably decreased by 49,614 votes," the letter read.
