MANILA — Rehabilitation of EDSA will start on the Pasay to Shaw Boulevard stretch and will require road rerouting, the Department of Public Works and Highways said.

Public Works Secretary Manuel Bonoan said DPWH hopes work on that segment will be completed "towards the end of the year", with rehabilitation of other parts of the 85-year-old highway to follow.
