This is a moment of triumph for the Atin Ito Coalition and to everyone dreaming of peace.)</p><p>The delegation also provided free fuel to Filipino fishermen in Pag-asa Island.</p><p>&quot;The best ay safe ang arrival natin sa Pag-asa at successful ang mission,&quot; said Capt.
