The two then talked to their supporters who gathered outside the facility.</p><p>According to the Vice President, she updated her father about the results of the elections in the Philippines and shared some news. </p><p>She also informed the elder Duterte that Senator Imee Marcos is with her in the country but was not allowed to visit him.</p><p>&quot;Nagpasalamat siya (kay Senator Imee). Gusto nga raw niyang makausap si Senator Imee kaso hindi nga raw payagan. Pero sabi niya there will be another time for that,&quot; she said.</p><p>Vice President Duterte also clarified that Senator Marcos does not have a role in Duterte&#x27;s case.</p><p>&quot;Wala pong role si Senator Imee sa case ni former President Rodrigo Duterte. Nandito lang siya para kausapin si Atty. Kaufman. Kung ano man ang napag-usapan nila dahil wala ako doon. So mas mahalaga siguro na makausap ninyo si Senator Imee Marcos. Either sa defense or sa ICC prosecution case ay wala siyang role,&quot; she added.</p><p>When asked about the recent survey results regarding her impeachment case, the Vice President said she agrees that she needs to face the issue to clear her name.</p><p>&quot;I totally agree. Kasama ako sa 88 percent na yan. Parang thankful ako sa opportunity na malinis yong pangalan tungkol sa mga akusasyon sa akin,&quot; she said.</p><p>She likewise said the change in the date of the start of her impeachment case does not really affect her.</p><p>&quot;Wala naman siyang epekto sa akin. Nag-isip lang ako kung ano ang epekto ng delay pero iiwan na natin yan sa mga lawyers namin, sa defense na pag-isipan kung ano ang epekto noon kung meron man,&quot; Vice President Duterte added.</p><p>Regarding the reconciliation with President Marcos, Vice President Duterte said doesn&#x27;t want to speak about reconciliation.</p><p>&quot;Hindi muna ako magsalita about reconciliation dahil hindi naman mahalaga ang mga personal na problema ng mga yao. Ang mahalaga ay iyong taongbayan at ang bayan natin,&quot; she said.</p><p>Duterte was arrested on March 11  on his arrival from Hong Kong at the request of the International Criminal Court (ICC) as part of its probe into his &quot;war on drugs&quot; that defined his presidency.</p><p>The ICC warrant for Duterte&#x27;s arrest said that as president, the 80-year-old Duterte allegedly created, funded, and armed death squads that carried out murders of purported drug users and dealers.</p><p>He was brought to The Hague in the Netherlands on the same day he was arrested.</p><p>Duterte on March 14 appeared via video link before ICC judges.
