Yummie Dingding, PPA Pool</span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Malacañang on Friday clarified that the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte was not on the agenda of the 8th Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) meeting on Thursday.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/5/29/majority-of-filipinos-want-vp-sara-to-answer-impeach-raps-stop-criticizing-gov-t-sws-1425">Majority want VP Sara to answer impeach raps, stop criticizing gov&#x27;t: SWS</a></div><p>This comes after Senate President Francis Escudero postponed the presentation of the articles of impeachment against Duterte to June 11 from June 2.
