Comelec orders Hernandez, Teodoro couples to explain alleged vote-buying issue

<p>MANILA — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) Committee on Kontra Bigay (CKB) has issued show cause orders (SCO) against Laguna 2nd District congressional candidate Ramil Hernandez and his wife Laguna gubernatorial bet Ruth Mariano Hernandez over an alleged vote-buying and abuse of state resources issue.</p><p>The SCOs dated May 5, 2025 was signed by CKB head Atty.
