Francis Orcio, ABS-CBN News</div>MANILA -- The pickup truck driver involved in a viral road altercation in Zambales said he will push through with the criminal case against social media personality Yanna Motovlog, after the vlogger failed to appear in person at the hearing conducted by the Land Transportation Office on Tuesday.Alyannah Aguinaldo, known online as Yanna Motovlog, sent her legal counsel Atty. Ace Jurado to represent her in the LTO hearing where he read her apology letter.Aguinaldo sought forgiveness for the disturbance and humiliation caused to the pickup driver and his family due to the incident. Her lawyer also clarified that the motorcycle used in the viral video did not belong to her and was only borrowed from a friend.&quot;Ako po ay humihingi ng sinserong pagpapaunmanhin dahil napagdesisyunan ko na po na hindi sumagot at humarap na lang ng personal sa show cause order ng LTO. Ano man po ang maging desisyon patungkol sa aking maling nagawa ay lubos ko pong gagalangin, at mapagkumbabang tatanggapin ang ano man kaparusahan na maaring ipataw sa akin ng inyong ahensya,&quot; Atty. Jurado said, quoting Aguinaldo&#x27;s written apology.But Jimmy Pascua, the driver involved in the altercation, rejected the apology, expressing disappointment that Aguinaldo did not personally face him. He maintained his plan to file a criminal case against the vlogger.&quot;Hindi naman po sincere iyong ano nila, sorry. Itutuloy ko na lang iyong kaso,&quot; said Pascua.Pascua added that the viral video had deeply affected him and his family.&quot;Hindi na po (ako) makalabas gaano. Gabi-gabi na lang umuuwi para lang makaiwas sa mga tao. Nagtatrabaho lang po ako, hindi po ako mayaman,&quot; he said.Based on the viral video, a scene shows Aguinaldo making an obscene hand gesture toward Pascua after accusing him of reckless driving. When Pascua confronted her to explain the challenges of maneuvering through rough roads, Aguinaldo allegedly continued arguing and hurled derogatory remarks even after the driver walked away.LTO Intelligence and Investigation Division chief Renante Militante said that Aguinaldo will still face administrative charges despite the apology.&quot;Kami po rito sa LTO, kahit po meron nang ganyan (apology letter), tuloy pa rin po iyong administratibong kaso na isasampa namin,&quot; Militante stated.The LTO has ordered the motorcycle featured in the viral vlog to be brought to their office for inspection, along with its documents.Aguinaldo is also being required to explain why her driver&#x27;s license should not be suspended or revoked under Republic Act 4136, citing her for being an improper person to operate a motor vehicle.
