Cagayan PIO</div>MANILA -- The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) has reported four fatalities due to Tropical Cyclone Crising and the intensified southwest monsoon. In its 3:00 p.m. situational report on Sunday, July 20, the agency confirmed one fatality from the CARAGA region, while the other three — two from Northern Mindanao (Region 10) and one from the Davao Region (Region 11) — are still being verified. Additionally, the NDRRMC is validating reports of three people who were injured, while four individuals are reported missing. Latest figures put the number of families affected by the weather disturbances at around 132,835, or approximately 420,355 individuals, across the country. Most affected areas were MIMAROPA and Region 9. MIMAROPA has 1,896 affected families who was outside evacuation centers, while in Region 9 there were 1,519 affected families outside evacuation centers.Power supply in 76 cities/ municipalities were also affected by the storm. But the NDRRMC reported that electricity in 53 areas were already restored as of 3 p.m. Most affected by the power outages is the CALABARZON Region.The NDRRMC also reported a total of P165 million in damages on infrastructure.
