<div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/17550610450111755061042143.jpeg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">Three students had just stepped out of a convenience store when plaster from between the seventh and eighth floors of a building suddenly fell and struck them on the head. <em>Courtesy: Barangay Laging Handa</em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — One of three students injured by a piece of plaster that fell from a building in Tomas Morato, Quezon City underwent surgery on Wednesday. </p><p>The 12-year-old boy was in stable condition and remained under observation after the surgery, his grandmother said. </p><p>She said the homeowners’ association of the building was coordinating with their family, while the Quezon City government pledged assistance. </p><div><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freel%2F1067854002131244%2F&amp;show_text=0&amp;width=267" width="267" height="476" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><p>Another child who suffered minor injuries in the incident was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday night, while the third student would undergo operation later Wednesday. </p><p>According to witnesses, the students had just stepped out of a convenience store along Don A.
