MANILA – Several police generals may be involved in the disappearance of 34 cockfighting enthusiasts, the National Police Commission (Napolcom) said Thursday.In a media interview, Napolcom Vice Chairperson and Executive Officer Rafael Vicente Calinisan said they are not solely relying on the statement of accused-turned-whistleblower Julie “Dondon” Patidongan.Eighteen police officers — 12 in active service and six previously dismissed — were implicated in the complaint-affidavit of Patidongan, also known as “Totoy,” in connection with the alleged abduction and murder of cockfighting enthusiasts. <div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/8/4/napolcom-suspends-12-cops-in-missing-sabungeros-case-1241">Napolcom suspends 12 cops in ‘missing sabungeros’ case</a></div>“Tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang ating investigations.
