Despite records showing a completed 220-meter project worth P55 million, Marcos found that no actual work had been done. <em>Photo by Yummie Dingding/PPA/pool/File</em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Manuel Bonoan, other government officials, and contractors attended the second Senate hearing into the anomalous flood control projects on Monday.</p><p>Bonoan, who left the helm of the DPWH and was replaced by Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon, is again expected to face fierce questioning from senators.</p><p>Bonoan resigned over the weekend after growing calls for him to quit his post amid corruption allegations into the flood mitigation projects implemented by his agency.</p><p>Other officials from the DPWH, Department of Budget and Management, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and the Commission on Audit also attended Monday&#x27;s hearing led by the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee, chaired by Sen.
