MANILA - Senator Panfilo &quot;Ping&quot; Lacson on Saturday said he will continue to investigate anomalous flood control projects, even as he hopes to find the proverbial &quot;big fish.&quot; The Senate President Pro Tempore, who also heads the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee that is conducting an investigation on the matter, said that like his fellow Filipinos, he is also frustrated and angered by the situation. &quot;I understand our citizens&#x27; frustration and anger and I share it.
