Gusto niyo ng gulo!” a masked person holding the megaphone challenged a protester before charging against the individual. </p><p>The organizers of the rally in front of Camp Aguinaldo, who introduced themselves as retired generals of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), could be heard apologizing in the background. </p><p>In a message to reporters, Police Maj.
