George Calvelo, ABS-CBN News</div>MANILA — Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa is ready in case the International Criminal Court (ICC) issues a warrant of arrest against him in relation to the charge of crimes against humanity against former President Rodrigo Duterte.“I am ready. I am ready,” Dela Rosa said on Wednesday.Dela Rosa was the chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) who led the bloody war on drugs of the Duterte administration.During Wednesday’s Senate session, Dela Rosa delivered a privilege speech questioning the supposed welfare check conducted by the Philippine Embassy in the Hague, the Netherlands on Duterte.“Hindi mo maiwasan sa’min na sa side ng mga Duterte na pagdududa. Di naman natin talagang sinasabi na masasamang tao yung pumunta doon kung sila ay totoong officials ng Philippine Embassy pero hindi mo lang talagang maiwasan na magduda,&quot; the senator stated.&quot;Lalo na si Pangulong Duterte eh do you want to be visited by these people coming from the very government that brought you there? Gusto mong bisitahin ka ba? He is already harmless. Harmless physically, emotionally,” Dela Rosa said.He thinks the recent updates regarding the ICC case are being used to divert the issue on the anomalous flood control projects.“Baka taktika lang yan nila para maibsan konti &#x27;yung pressure na nararamdaman nila diyan sa ghost na flood control investigation. Diversionary lang yan,” Dela Rosa remarked.He also said that former House Speaker Leyte Representative Martin Romualdez should be investigated in the flood control mess.&quot;Kung nadidiin si Zaldy Co, ganun na rin yung sa kanya. Sino bang boss ni Zaldy Co? Saka sinabi nga ni Discaya di ba?
