Jesus Falcis III matapos niyang tawaging “shameless”, “bulok na keso” at “worst Senate President” si Chiz.Una ng sinabi ni Escudero na sinampahan niya ng disbarment case si Falcis dahil sa mga batikos nito.Ani Falcis, sinabi na ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos Jr sa kanyang huling SONA na mahiya naman ang mga mambabatas at opisyal na kumikita sa mga maanomalyang flood control projects“Kung ang Pilipino tinawag ang isang politician na shameless, anong masama dun?” paliwanag ni Falcos, lalo na’t napag-alamang tumanggap umano si Escudero ng kickbacks sa flood control projects.Tinawag din niyang “word play” at “satire” ang pagtawag niyang “bulok na keso” si Chiz dahil sa pangalan nito.Pinaliwanag din niya na kahit sinong Pilipino ay may opinyon pagdating sa kung sino ang pinakamagaling at pinakamasamang naging Presidente at Bise-Presidente ng Pilipinas. “Exempted ba ang Senate President from the political judgment of history and Filipinos? I don’t think so,” aniya.Ayon kay Falcis, may sariling sarswela din si Escudero dahil hindi nito sinasagot ang mga isyung pinupukol sa kanya.&quot;Kung pwede lang manalo siya ng award...kasi ang galing niyang maghugas ng kamay. Wala naman siyang in-explain,&quot; aniya.
