Na habang tayo ay nilulubog sa baha at putik, sila lumulubog naman sa pera na ninakaw nila sa mamamayan,&quot; she added. </p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/9/3/12-discaya-luxury-cars-have-no-proper-papers-customs-1403">12 Discaya luxury cars have no proper papers - Customs</a></div><p>The group did not have a permit to rally and could have committed malicious mischief or willful damage to properties, the Pasig police said.</p><p>Police added that they exercised maximum tolerance and immediately warned the protesters, who eventually complied.</p><p>&quot;With or without permit, we always exercise or implement the maximum tolerance policy natin dito. But sa mga ganitong sitwasyon dapat hindi natin payagan na may ganyang mangyari kasi they might be committing the case of malicious mischief,&quot; said PCol. Ang mga bahay natin dahil sa mga putik at baha.
