<p>MANILA — Cavite Fourth District Rep. Francisco “Kiko” Barzaga on Wednesday faced a third cyberlibel complaint in one week over his viral social media post accusing National Unity Party (NUP) lawmakers of receiving bribes. </p><p>Manila Second District Rep. Rolando Valeriano, an NUP member, filed the complaint on Wednesday before the Manila City Prosecutor’s Office, tagging Barzaga’s claim a “big lie”.</p><p>He disputed Barzaga’s Facebook post alleging “NUP Congressmen received bribes from Enrique Razon in various gatherings in Solaire prior to the 2025 elections in exchange for supporting Speaker Martin Romualdez.</p><p>“It’s a big lie. ‘Yung sinasabi niyang ‘yun sa social media… Nakakasira ng reputasyon. Definitely hindi totoo ‘yan… Hindi rin naman ako papayag na iba-bribe mo ako para lang sa ganyang sistema,” Valeriano said.</p><p>“Kwarenta lang naman kami. Kahit hindi kami bumoto kay Speaker Romualdez noon… siya pa rin ang mananalo,” he added.</p><p>Valeriano asserted that Barzaga’s post was made “without evidence, without verification, and without accountability”.</p><div><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/video.php?height=476&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freel%2F885134147260915%2F&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=268&amp;t=0" width="268" height="591" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><div><br/></div><p>ABS-CBN News reached out to Barzaga for comment, but he has yet to respond.</p><p><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/1/14/razon-files-cyberlibel-complaint-vs-barzaga-1729">Razon</a> and <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/1/20/puno-files-cyberlibel-complaint-vs-barzaga-over-bribery-post-1223">Deputy Speaker Ronaldo Puno</a> have filed cyberlibel complaints against  the neophyte lawmaker.</p><p>On Tuesday, Barzaga confirmed apologizing to Razon over a “personal issue”, but the lawmaker said he remained ready to face the businessman in court.</p><p>Asked whether he apologized to Razon for accusing him of involvement in alleged bribery, the lawmaker clarified, “For the personal issue.
