<p>MANILA — Millions of devotees are expected to once again fill the streets of the capital for the annual Feast of the Jesus Nazareno, one of the country’s largest Catholic devotions. </p><p><strong></strong>Authorities are expecting around 8 million devotees to participate in the procession Friday.<strong></strong></p><p>From the Quirino Grandstand, the image of Jesus Nazareno will be brought to the  Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Jesus Nazareno, known as Quiapo Church. Casal Street until Mendiola/Legarda area will also be closed to give way to emergency and rescue vehicles.</p><p>Devotees who want to go to Quirino Grandstand may pass Taft Avenue, Kalaw Avenue and Roxas Boulevard.
