And as soon as the ITRs are submitted to the House Committee on Justice, it will be presented in the House impeachment hearing… ITRs are public documents,&quot; Ridon told reporters on Monday.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>RAMIL MADRIAGA &#x27;HIGHLIGHT&#x27; OF APRIL 14 HEARING </strong></div><p>Some lawmakers, including Ridon and ACT Teachers party-list Representative Antonio Tinio, expect the highlight of Tuesday&#x27;s hearing on impeachment complaints against Duterte to be her self-confessed bagman, Ramil Madriaga. </p><p>However, the vice president has previously denied personal links with Madriaga.</p><p>Duterte&#x27;s legal counsel, Atty. Salvador Panelo Jr., also called Madriaga the &quot;weakest link&quot; in impeachment complaints.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/4/12/sara-duterte-lawyer-not-concerned-madriaga-will-testify-at-house-1412">READ: Sara Duterte lawyer &#x27;not concerned&#x27; Madriaga will testify at House</a></div><p>The same remark was met with backlash from Tinio who said Duterte&#x27;s camp should utilize the April 14 hearing to prove Madriaga&#x27;s testimony has no basis. </p><p>&quot;Malinaw &#x27;yung affidavit ni Ginoong Madriaga at sa partikular &#x27;yung pag-uugnay doon sa posibleng paliwanag kung anong nangyari doon sa 125 million na confidential funds nung 11 days na nawaldas… Sa halip na siraan, bukas na dapat &#x27;yung pagkakataon para kuwestiyunin nila at ipakita kung sinasabi nilang wala talagang basis &#x27;yung testimony ni Madriaga, bukas ang pagkakataon,&quot; Tinio said on Monday. </p><p>Ridon, meanwhile, said it is &quot;all systems go&quot; for the hearing on Tuesday, adding they will &quot;bring the bloodbath to the vice president.&quot;</p><p>&quot;We will bring the bloodbath to the vice president tomorrow. Ibigsabihin, hindi na po natin mapipigilan &#x27;yung paglabas ng katotohanan. At whether she participates in it or not, it will continue tomorrow,&quot; Ridon said.</p><div><strong><br/></strong></div><div><strong>ASSASSINATION OR IMPEACHMENT VS BBM</strong></div><p>Madriaga&#x27;s lawyer, Atty. Raymund Palad, confirmed a handwritten letter circulating online was indeed written by the vice president&#x27;s alleged bagman.</p><p>Madriaga claims through the document that Duterte&#x27;s strategy was to &quot;sabotage&quot; President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.&#x27;s administration by initiating corruption issues to lead to his impeachment.</p><p>&quot;In the event that BBM refused to honor the agreement and opted not to relinquish his post as president, extraordinary measures of overthrowing BBM should be considered like impeachment, assassination by poisoning, or any other means and by the use of People Power that will be triggered by FPRRD with participation of active and retired AFP and PNP officers,&quot; the document reads. </p><p>According to Ridon, if it is irrelevant to allegations against Duterte, specifically on misuse of confidential funds, the letter may not be tackled on April 14.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/4/12/what-to-expect-at-the-april-14-house-impeachment-hearing-0808">READ: What to expect at the April 14 House impeachment hearing</a></div><p>&quot;I haven&#x27;t seen it, pero if it is irrelevant to the accusations against the vice president, particularly dito po sa misuse of confidential funds, tingin ko hindi po &#x27;yun maisasama doon po sa mga puwede pong pag-usapan. Mahalaga po na we remain focused on the specific allegations relating to the impeachable offenses against the vice president,&quot; Ridon said.</p>
