MANILA -- The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) on Tuesday said it has no records of alleged confidential funds recipients “Mary Grace Piattos” and “Kokoy Villamin,” but found a record for “Irene Tan,” whom it described as a common name.During the House Committee on Justice’s hearing, Marizza Grande, the assistant national statistician of the PSA said they found no birth, marriage, or death records for Mary Grace Piattos, Kokoy Villamin, and Milky Secuya.“Doon sa binanggit niyong pangalan ay walang record ng birth, marriage, or death except doon sa isa, don kay Irene Tan, which is a common name ito at base sa verification namin, may match na records ng 144 na colby, 89 na certificate of marriage, 16 na certificate of death,” said Grande.“Yung Irene Tan kasi ay common kaya may matches tayo na nakuha. Pero yung mga binanggit niyo na pangalan ay lahat yun ay negative record,” she added.These names supposedly appeared in at least one receipt supposedly submitted by the OVP to the Commission on Audit to justify its 2022 confidential expenses.Several lawmakers earlier offered to give P1 million in reward money for anyone who could help identify and lead to &quot;Mary Grace Piattos,” as they suspected that the receipt was “bogus” and the signee a “fictitious” entity possibly named after a restaurant and a snack.The Vice President&#x27;s camp previously said the name could be a pseudonym.
