<p>MANILA — The Philippine National Police said they are thoroughly investigating the May 13 Senate shooting and are looking at all possible angles, including whether it was a diversionary tactic.</p><p>“Kasama po lahat ng anggulo na mga natatanggap po ng Philippine National Police,” Police Brig. Gen.
