Mark Llandro Mendoza said that &quot;perceived NBI agents&quot; entered the Senate. He said that he was instructed by Cayetano to secure the area. Mendoza also told reporters that Sen. Ronald &quot;Bato&quot; dela Rosa is safe.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>8:20P.M.</strong></div><p>DILG Sec.
