Robin Padilla, Office of the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms head Mao Aplasca, as well as Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano should be made to answer for the &quot;disappearance&quot; of Sen. Bato dela Rosa from the Senate premises despite being under their protective custody.</p><p>&quot;To a certain extent as to the disappearance of Sen. Bato, sila talaga yung persons of interest. Pero kung i-pursue yung investigating, we&#x27;re not yet on that level,&quot; Matibag told ANC.</p><p>Matibag clarified that &quot;persons of interest&quot; just means that they &quot;must be first to answer pag tanong natin nasaan si Sen. Bato dela Rosa.&quot;</p><p>Cayetano confirmed that Dela Rosa left the Senate premises at around 2:30 a.m. Thursday, despite being under protective custody following ICC’s issuance of an arrest warrant.</p><p>Dela Rosa left the upper chamber hours after gunshots were heard inside the premises, which some alleged was used as a “diversion tactic” to cover his “escape.”</p><div><br/></div><div><br/></div><div><em>More details to follow.</em></div><div><br/></div><p>.</p>
