It doesn&#x27;t matter who he is or who they are… Kung may lumabas na additional warrant of arrest, we are always ready to enforce and to serve the warrant,&quot; NBI Director Melvin Matibag said.On Friday, the Philippine National Police said that all of its units have been instructed to locate and serve the arrest warrant against Sen. Ronald &quot;Bato&quot; Dela Rosa. But we want to arrest him without any delay talagang pag nakita natin siya, we will arrest him.&quot;Matibag also clarified that Dela Rosa&#x27;s lawyer, Atty. Jimmy Bondoc, cannot receive the arrest warrant on the senator&#x27;s behalf.&quot;Eh di, baka kasi ang iniisip ni attorney is let me be the one to serve the warrant, di ba?&quot; he said.Matibag also said authorities are considering the possibility that Dela Rosa is being aided by other groups and personalities. He urged Sen. Robin Padilla to cooperate in the search for Dela Rosa. Vicente Sotto III earlier proposed that the Senate Committee of the Whole investigate the attempted arrest of Dela Rosa on May 11 and his departure from the chamber&#x27;s protective custody.&quot;I have nothing to say except that the Committee of the Whole would be able to get to the bottom of things,&quot; Sotto said.
