Early Friday morning, the remains of his 51-year-old father, identified as Roberto Sabile, were also recovered.</p><p>The father and son were residents of Camarines Sur.</p><p>“Agad itong na-identify ng kanilang mga pamilya, nandito po sila sa ating mga tents,” said Jay Pelayo of the Angeles City PIO.</p><p>Their remains were found in Sector 1, near the entrance of the collapse site, with the assistance of a K-9 rescue dog.</p><p>“Patuloy na lumalakas ‘yung scent habang papalalim sila roon sa lugar, sa sector 1 pa rin ito,” Pelayo added.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>OWNER, CONTRACTOR COORDINATING<br/></strong></div><div><br/></div><p>Meanwhile, the Angeles City LGU maintained that the owner and contractor of the collapsed building have not fled.</p><p>“Hindi ho sila pwedeng makaalis dito sa Pilipinas dahil nga gaya ng sinabi ni secretary, lahat yan bibigyan nila ng hold departure order,” said Angeles City Mayor Jon Lazatin II.</p><p>The city government stated that the investigation will be conducted fairly and assured the public that accountability will be pursued.</p><p>“Gusto natin ang paglilitis natin ay pantay, kahit ako gumagawa ng task force para imbestigahan ito. Para malinaw sa lahat, ang gagawin natin ay patas. Pu-push ko ‘yung mga kasamahan natin sa gobyerno na gagawa tayo ng habkang kamukha ng preventive suspension, kung sino man ang kasama natin sa gobyerno na nag-apruba ng mga permite nila,” Lazatin II mentioned.</p><p>The mayor also said that the legal counsel of the building owner and contractor has been coordinating with the local government.</p><p>“Ayun ang commitment na binigay nila sa atin, handa sila tumulong sa mga pamilya ng biktima, handa silang makipag-ugnayan, actually abogado na po ang humaharap,” Lazatin II added.</p><p>Around 800 responders are currently working together in the ongoing search, rescue, retrieval, and clearing operations.</p><p>The death toll has risen to six, while 14 individuals remain missing.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>RELATED VIDEO</strong></div><div><strong><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/0VJZ9ekeePk?&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span></strong><br/></div>
