<p>CEBU — ASEAN leaders have begun arriving in Cebu for the 48th ASEAN Summit and Related Meetings, which the Philippines is hosting this year.</p><p>President Bongbong Marcos Jr. arrived at around 9 p.m.  on Wednesday at the Mactan-Benito Ebuen Airbase via a chartered flight.</p><p>Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei Darussalam flew his own plane, arriving at the airbase on Wednesday evening.
