Ang mandate ni Comelec at all cost magkaroon ng halalan lalo ang Saligang Batas nagpe-prescribe nito,” Garcia told reporters.</p><p>“Tagapagpatupad kami ng batas... Sa mga speculation, ang 2028 election ay darating. Yan ay certain to come.
