MANILA - Iloilo 1st District Rep. Janette Garin filed on Wednesday cyberlibel and perjury complaints at the Department of Justice against the 18 former driver and bodyguards of former congressman Zaldy Co and their lawyer Atty. Levito Baligod.In the joint affidavit of the 18 individuals, Garin was mentioned in the list of officials who supposedly received money at the House of Representatives and at the “Polo Club Townhouse” in relation to the flood control funds and the International Criminal Court investigation. “Unang-una hindi ko kilala iyong 18 driver and bodyguards na allegedly ay nasa kay former congressman Zaldy Co, wala akong kilala sa kanilang lahat, ang kilala ko lang ay si former congressman Mike Defensor and of course kilala ko rin si Atty.
