Humingi rin kami ng suporta sa kanila sa pagbibigay ng intelligence information dahil sila lang naman may intelligence information network,&quot; he added.</p><p>Gatchalian said they will assess the situation regularly.</p><p>Gatchalian also said there are now comprehensive arrangements for the security of the Senate premises for the Special Session set on Wednesday.</p><p>Gatchalian confirmed that the threat to the Senate involved an armed group.</p><p>&quot;That&#x27;s why humingi ako ng tulong kay Senator Ping dahil obviously may ganiyan siyang experience. We all agreed that to continue to impose itong heightened security measures natin.&quot;</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>SPECIAL SESSION</strong></div><div><br/></div><p>Gatchalian has set a whole day session for the Senate on Wednesday to finish pending legislation and allow the Commission on Appointments to confirm the appointments and promotions of various government officials.</p><p>Gatchalian said the special session will start at 9 a.m. and end at 4 or 5 in the afternoon and he&#x27;s invited all Senators to attend.</p><p>Gatchalian remains mum on whether the Special Session can elect a full fledged Senate President, as that would require 13 Senators under the 1987 Constitution. </p><p>&quot;Let&#x27;s see. Let&#x27;s see.
