Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. warned that the viral circulation of videos and photos depicting the incidents could inflict lasting harm on victims, their families, and fellow students.</p><p>“The reckless circulation of graphic videos depicting these school tragedies is not just a digital nuisance, it is a profound act of cruelty that re-victimizes survivors and forces grieving families to relive their worst nightmares repeatedly,” Nartatez said in a statement.</p><p>The PNP chief said the appeal extends not only to graphic footage but also to posts and photographs that reveal the identities of children involved in the incidents, stressing the need to uphold child protection and privacy standards while investigations are ongoing.</p><p>The ACG has been directed to coordinate with social media platforms for possible content removal or restriction.</p><p>“Children caught in these incidents, especially the victims, deserve protection and support.
