<div><br/></div><p>MANILA — The Office of the Ombudsman said Friday Sen. Robin Padilla “chose to ignore” its order to submit his counter-affidavit on Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa’s escape from the Senate compound in May. </p><p>Dela Rosa, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court, had sought shelter at the Senate, but left hours after a shooting incident rocked its premises.
