Rodante Marcoleta over undisclosed cash gifts, caused heavy traffic on Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue on Tuesday.</p><p>“Naniniwala tayo na naiparating nating malinaw sa mga kinauukulan ang ating mensahe. Loobin nawa ng Diyos na maghari ang tunay na katarungan sa ating minamahal na bansa,” INC spokesperson Brother Edwil Zabala said Thursday night.</p><p>(We believe we have already sent the authorities our message.
