Jessie Cruzat, ABS-CBN News</div>MANILA -- The Bureau of Customs on Tuesday presented around P23 million worth of misdeclared frozen agricultural products, including P6.24 million in duties and taxes, allegedly smuggled in from China and seized at the Port of Manila.The agency said the shipment arrived in the country in November and December 2025.The cargo was initially declared as fish tofu, fish balls, and squid balls. If found fit for human consumption, the goods will be donated to local government units or communities affected by calamities.From 2025 to 2026, the BOC said it conducted 1,715 successful operations with a total value of P79.8 billion in seized goods. Of the total, around P11 billion involved agricultural products.
