Imee Marcos.</p><p>Sen. Marcos, sister of the President, said she will not go to the SONA, citing the administration&#x27;s alleged targeting of the minority bloc.</p><p>&quot;Masama ang loob namin kasi pinagkukulong, kinakasuhan ang minority.
