Their courage and selflessness — true Filipino qualities — are the virtues that these trying times call for,&quot; Marcos said.</p><p>The President called for society to assume a community responsibility for stronger protection for minors, especially against the hate culture in social media, which several officials and government agencies said was a potential factor behind the shooting incident.</p><p>“Kailangang mamulat ang buong lipunan at akuin ang responsibilidad.
