Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News/File </span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — The Philippine National Police (PNP) is expanding the use of facial recognition technology to strengthen its hunt for fugitives who flee overseas, following an agreement among Southeast Asian police organizations to enhance cross-border law enforcement cooperation.</p><p>PNP chief PGen.
