MANILA — The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) says it &quot;flagged&quot; social media accounts of nine individuals with some linked to alleged hacker groups after it tried to sow disruption during President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) last Monday.CICC Executive Director Undersecretary Renato “Aboy” Paraiso said the online activities were monitored during their 24/7 operations beginning Friday, July 24 up to the end of SONA.“May na-flag tayo na siyam na individuals and groups... Iyong iba kaugnay ng mga hack groups na layuning manggulo sana at manghikayat sa ating mga kababayan na magkaroon ng dissent or magkaroon ng pagtitipon para manggulo sa SONA,” he said in an interview with state-run media PTV Wednesday, July 29. Paraiso said they have immediately taken down the flagged accounts.
