Yummie Dingding, PPA Pool</div>TARLAC CITY — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. touted that more than a thousand local government units had received the <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/2/25/palace-local-government-support-fund-not-pork-1700">Local Government Support Fund</a> where his rice distribution program is charged.The president said this in his speech during the launch of the “Bawat Bayan Makikinabang” program at the Tarlac City Civic Center in Tarlac Thursday. Marcos said the program aims to eradicate public perception that only favored localities are being given assistance. “Kailangan talaga ay lahat ay pantay-pantay iyong ating ginagawa. At hindi na para matanggal na, sasabihin noon doon lang… may nagsasabi, tinutulungan mo lang kung saan kayo nanalo, Kung saan kayo natalo, hindi kayo tumutulong,” the President said.“Hindi po tayo ganoon. Basta Pilipino, tutulungan natin.
