Antonio Trillanes IV as she alleged corruption in its investigation of the case her father, former President Rodrigo Duterte, is facing at The Hague.Speaking to supporters gathered near the ICC headquarters in the Netherlands, the vice president cited claims that former congressman Zaldy Co had money delivered to court investigators through Trillanes.She said the claim &quot;is not hearsay&quot; since it was made by Co&#x27;s alleged bagmen who allegedly received instructions, had pesos exchanged for dollars and had allegedly delivered the money.Trillanes, who filed a supplemental complaint before the ICC against then-President Duterte in 2017, denied in February that Co sent him $2 million to give to ICC investigators.<div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/7/29/doj-18-maleta-boys-to-be-charged-with-10-cyberlibel-perjury-cases-1410">DOJ: 18 ‘Maleta Boys’ charged with 10 cyberlibel, perjury cases</a></div>&quot;Ang ICC ay tuta ni Trillanes at ni Marcos (The ICC does the bidding of Trillanes and Marcos),&quot; Vice President Duterte said as she alleged that the court takes orders from the president and from the former senator.Administration of the ICC is done by a Presidency elected from among its judges, who are themselves also elected by the Assembly of States Parties.That assembly has oversight and legislative powers over the court and approves its annual budget — €196,852,900 in 2026.“This is not about justice.
