<div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px;display:block" width="960"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1785472421456photo-collage.png (24) (3).jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">A majority of Filipinos are dissatisfied with the performance of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., while Vice President Sara Duterte continues to receive majority approval, according to the latest nationwide survey conducted by WR Numero Research. <em>Yummie Dingding, PPA Pool &amp; Maria Tan, ABS-CBN News </em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — A majority of Filipinos are dissatisfied with the performance of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., while Vice President Sara Duterte continues to receive majority approval, according to the latest nationwide survey conducted by WR Numero Research.</p><p>Results of the Philippine Public Opinion Monitor (PPOM), conducted from June 9 to 16, 2026, showed that 55 percent of respondents were dissatisfied with Marcos&#x27; performance, consisting of 22 percent who said his performance was &quot;very poor&quot; and 33 percent who rated it &quot;poor.&quot;</p><p>Only 36 percent expressed satisfaction with the President&#x27;s performance, while 10 percent were undecided.</p><p>The latest figures mark an improvement from the firm&#x27;s March 2026 survey, when Marcos registered a 20 percent satisfaction rating against 47 percent dissatisfaction. In June, his satisfaction dropped by 7 percentage points, while dissatisfaction climbed by 8 points.</p><p>WR Numero&#x27;s trend data showed Marcos&#x27; ratings have steadily declined since assuming office. His satisfaction rating stood at 66 percent in December 2023 before falling to 45 percent in March 2024, 21 percent in November 2025, 29 percent in March 2026, and 36 percent in the latest poll.</p><p>In contrast, Vice President Sara Duterte received a 55 percent satisfaction rating, with 44 percent saying her performance was &quot;good&quot; and 11 percent rating it &quot;very good.&quot;</p><p>Meanwhile, 35 percent said they were dissatisfied with the Vice President&#x27;s performance, while 10 percent were undecided.</p><p>Compared with the March 2026 survey, Duterte&#x27;s satisfaction rating increased from 44 percent to 55 percent , while dissatisfaction rose from 25 percent  to 35 percent .</p><p>According to WR Numero, the results reflect &quot;polarized views&quot; among Filipinos toward the country&#x27;s two highest-ranking elected officials, with a majority dissatisfied with Marcos while an equal majority expressed satisfaction with Duterte.</p><p>Supporters of the Duterte political bloc accounted for 37 percent of respondents, up 4 percentage points from March, making it the country&#x27;s largest political faction.</p><p>Support for the Marcos bloc fell to 18 percent, down 4 points, allowing the opposition bloc to overtake it at 20 percent. Another 24 percent identified themselves with none of the political groups.</p><p>The nationwide survey interviewed 1,432 Filipino adults aged 18 and above through face-to-face computer-assisted interviews.
