ICC handout &amp;  Zen Hernandez, ABS-CBN News </em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Vice President Sara Duterte said they were concerned about the skin problem of her father, former President Rodrigo Duterte while in detention that they have now referred it to his lawyer.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/duterte-at-the-icc">Duterte at ICC: News and Updates</a></div><p>Speaking to supporters in The Hague, Netherlands on July 30, the younger Duterte said that the former president is doing okay in her latest visit and that the &quot;pimple-looking&quot; sores on his back have dried up.</p><p>However, she said it is a &quot;cause for concern&quot; as the Duterte patriarch is diabetic.</p><p>“Chineck ko siya kanina, chineck ko ‘yung likod niya, natuyo na ‘yung mga bilog-bilog na pula noong pagdating ko sobrang pula nila at para silang pimple-looking, at natuyo na siya at nagpapasalamat kami kasi inaksyunan kaagad nung detention unit,” she said.</p><p>“Is it cause for concern? Yes, nirefer ko siya sa abogado kasi sabi ko hindi ma-explain ni [former] PRRD kung saan nagsimula o paano siya nagkaroon ng ganun basta alam na niya lang na nangati raw siya.
