Meron ba silang na-freeze na account? Meron ba silang mga imbestigasyon na ginawa? Wala. Sa akin lang,” Marcos said.</p><p>(Did they jail anyone over this? Did they freeze anyone&#x27;s accounts? Were there investigations into this? None. Only in this administration?&quot;</p><p>“Tapos sasabihin, ako daw ang may kagagawan. Eh kung talagang racket ko yun, ba&#x27;t ko sisiraan yung racket ko? Di ba? That makes absolutely no sense,” he added.</p><p>(And then they will say I am behind it. Rolando “Nonoy” Andaya Jr. already sounded the alarm on the alleged P300-billion flood control mess.</p><p>“Unfortunately, the more we look, the more we find,” he said.</p><p>Marcos said that then President Rodrigo Duterte acknowledged that there was corruption in flood control, but “[h]aving acknowledged it, it did not find accountability in anybody.&quot;</p><p>He added: &quot;So I guess that was left up to me to do. And so we are still doing it.
