Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Thursday launched its <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/5/22/all-major-roads-under-mmda-jurisdiction-covered-by-ncap-1030">No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP)</a> service on the eGovPH superapp, allowing motorists to check traffic violations and apprehensions and pay fines through a single digital platform.</p><p>MMDA Chairman Don Artes said the integration eliminates the need for motorists to visit MMDA offices in person.</p><p>&quot;Hindi na kinakailangang pisikal na pumunta kundi dito na lang po digital na through the internet na lang di na kayo magagastusan, di na kayo pupunta, di na kayo mamasahe, hindi sayang &#x27;yung oras,&quot; Artes said.</p><p>&quot;Para &#x27;yung aming mga enforcers ang magiging concentration na lang ay traffic management. Ayoko po nung nag-aabang sa kalsada, lalabas, nagtatago.&quot;</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/5/22/all-major-roads-under-mmda-jurisdiction-covered-by-ncap-1030">No-contact apprehension policy covers all major roads under MMDA jurisdiction</a></div><p>He added that their &quot;My Huli Ka&quot; website has around 15 million users and the integration of the MMDA NCAP service is expected to expand its reach even further.</p><p>To use the service, motorists need to search for the MMDA NCAP feature within the eGovPH superapp, then register by entering their vehicle plate number, OR/CR details, and other required information.
