MANILA -- Umabot na sa 1.3 milyon na indibidwal o 384,000 na pamilya ang naapektuhan ng mga bagyong &quot;Luis,&quot; &quot;Maymay,&quot; at ng umiiral na habagat, ayon sa datos ng Office of Civil Defense (OCD) nitong Lunes ng gabi.Dagdag ng ahensiya, karamihan sa mga apektado ay mga barangay mula sa hilagang bahagi ng Luzon.&quot;Karamihan ay mula sa Region 1, Region 3, CAR, at Calabarzon,&quot; ayon kay OCD Spokesperson Junie Castillo sa panayam nito sa DZMM TeleRadyo.As of 6 p.m. nitong Lunes, nasa 16 na ang naitalang namatay dahil sa sama ng panahon at 14 ang sugatan, at 9 ang nawawala.Nauna nang sinabi ng PAGASA na naitala nito ang 1,413.2 millimeters ng tubig na bumagsak sa Baguio mula Agosto 1-9 na mas marami pa sa 963.2 millimeters na karaniwang binabagsak sa lugar sa loob ng isang buwan.
