MANILA — The Department of Labor and Employment has canceled the Alien Employment Permits of six Chinese nationals linked to Chuangxing Steel Inc.following the discovery of what it said were illegal labor practices and serious occupational safety violations at the company’s facility in Magalang, Pampanga.During a Lupong Pamagawa hearing led by Labor Secretary Francis Tolentino on Tuesday, August 11, DOLE ordered the records of the six foreign nationals turned over to the Bureau of Immigration for deportation proceedings.“Ito yung sinasabi na dumating na lang, sinundo sa airport, pumunta roon, nagkaroon na lang ng AEP.
