MANILA — Sen. Panfilo Lacson said he is already vetting titles covering reclaimed land around Laguna de Bay as part of an investigation into flood-control projects in Taguig, home city of Sens. Pia and Alan Peter Cayetano.Lacson began focusing on Taguig after a word war with Alan Peter Cayetano, who is also minority leader.
