MANILA — The National Bureau of Investigation rescued nine women from alleged sexual exploitation in a Quezon City massage spa offering sexual services.The NBI said its Organized and Transnational Crime Division conducted entrapment operation on a spa in Sta. Mesa Heights on August 5 in coordination with the Human Trafficking Division, the Department of Justice, and the Quezon City government. The operation began with surveillance to verify a tip that that the massage spa was offering female therapists for commercial sexual services through the Telegram messaging app.<div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/regions/2026/8/10/nbi-car-rescues-11-including-6-minors-in-anti-human-trafficking-operation-1209">NBI-CAR rescues 11, including 6 minors, in anti-human trafficking operation </a></div>The establishment allegedly advertised female therapists and offered “All-In” or “All the Way” packages that included sexual services.Undercover agents booked three female therapists under the establishment’s “All-In” package.The subjects confirmed the booking and received a down payment before facilitating the transaction that led to their arrest.The nine women rescued have been referred to the Quezon City Social Services Development Department.The women said they had been recruited and offered to clients for sexual services. They said they accepted the arrangement because they needed the money.Charges for Qualified Trafficking in Persons (Large Scale) under Republic Act No. 9208, as amended by Republic Act No. 10364, in relation to Republic Act No. 10175, or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, were filed against the the people arrested.
