MANILA - The House Committee on Suffrage and Electoral Reforms will come up with a “reasonable” proposal on bills seeking to postpone the upcoming barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections in November, according to panel chairperson Rep. Zia Alonto Adiong.At least 10 bills have been referred to the committee, with proposed postponement periods ranging from six months to two years.
